No ‘Raajneeti’ party without Katrina Kaif

The Raajneeti success bash is due and people associated with the film are prodding director Prakash Jha to throw a party soon. The tentative date for the movie’s success party is June 23, but Jha is not willing to celebrate in the absence of his leading lady Katrina Kaif.

The film is already a box office hit and one of the biggest grossers in Jha’s filmography. It is also very important for Katrina as this is her tenth hit film. So, it naturally calls for celebration. But since Kat is shooting in Spain for Zoya Akhtar’s multi-starrer with Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol, it’s impossible for her to be in India now.

During the shooting of the film, Kat had gala time with co-stars Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Manoj Bajpai and also learnt a lot from director Prakash Jha. In fact, before signing ‘Raajneeti’ she had doubts if she would be able to pull off this kind of role, but Jha bestowed his immense trust and support on her. And now that the film’s a hit, he can’t think of partying without Kat.

Now, according to reports, Plan B is that the director is thinking of sending a film unit to Spain to record Kat’s message on the success of the film. And this video will be played during the bash.

This way her absence will not be felt.
